This article is talking about a person’s success in not depend on his smart but because of his diligence. The author think talent is very important. It is given by our parents, it wouldn’t be change. But genius is called genius, because of the practice as much as they can, experience is the golden rule. The success of Bill gates mainly because of the school give him lots of time to practice. Before he operates his own company, he already spent more the 10.000 hours on researching computer’s programs. The author thinks the success is not an individual genius result, but combination of many factors; Such as family, friend, history, geological, culture and others. The only success rule is that to accumulate all of the factors. If a person who has 195 IQ, but he lived in a poor farm. There is no one factor can help him to develop his talent. Experience is the rule to lead success.
As we know there are many successful people, they are in different places, different era, and different background. We always complain why we are not enough smart, but the truth is we are not work hard enough. There is a idiom called perseverance will prevail. This means as long as you work hard enough, anything could be done. The famous band Beatles once they were invited to perform for five hours a day, and continue it for seven days, just because of this performance which makes them to be famous. If you don’t think you are not smart enough, please work hard. If you think you are very smart, please work hard. Another idiom called clever people may be victims of their own cleverness. The IQ for everyone is not a big difference; the only difference is if they would like to work hard. 10.000 hours rule is just let us know success is not a occasion.

the biggest invest bank Lehman Brothers suddenly announced bankruptcy in a week. The Chinese well-known dairy company has serious safety problem. A very safety thing may kill you in the next day. Who can we trust?
Creditability is the most important social source. We believed that there is no spoil in our water. When the traffic light turn to red, we know the cars will stop. When we put all of our wealth in the bank, we know they wouldn't take our money in there account. If there is no creditability in our society, the society wouldn't exist. Like the socialist Niklas Luhmann said we can't get up in the morning when we lost hope for our society. Wendao talked about how creditability is so important for our society in his article. There are many social problem happened due to the lost of creditability in some aspects.
We lived much better than the people lived in the old time. Our society, technological developed really fast, but we are begin to loss the basic thing, creditability. The society is so complex. Every product is done by a long procedure. Because of our creditability for every step every person, we trust there is no problem in it. Every person is honest and fulfilled responsibility. However no one is perfect, our personality is not perfect. We are selfish; even do some bed thing only to pursue the optimal profits. We set all kinds of low, discipline, rules to protect the final quality. We are trying to keep our creditability. When the problems happened, we always trust ourselves at fist, even ignore the original personality that we have which is honesty, I believed people are all good at first. Maybe these kinds of laws can limit our desire, but we have to use our own honesty and creditability to limit our behavior. So that the society could develop healthy and strong.

The globe reading day is April 23th, it is said that many famous authors birth or dead on that day. This article talks about the reading situation now. we should pay attention on reading again. Colin mentioned that as the high technology developing, especially the user increase in computers, we spent more and more time on computer no matter study or work. It has become necessary thing in our lives. As a result, the people who spent on reading are less and less. Even many people like to read news, magazines, and books on line. Colin claimed if more and more people choose not read the paper books, our culture will decline. He recommended us go to the bookstore in our spare time, do not on the internet after finishing work. in many aspects, computers provide the convince and bother our lives at the same time. So that we lost of much fun in our real lives.
When I reading this article Colin is talking what I think. In the past, we evaluate a person’s value that based on how many books does he have. But now we don't need to go to bookstore to read. We can find everything online. Here is my personal experience. Before I go to college, I almost don’t touch computer at all. I used to take notes using the pen, teachers only use blackboard to teach, do all homework and research using my pen and books. However, when I go to college it totally changed, teachers use PowerPoint to teach, do homework online, some students use computer to take notes, all of the information are proved online. So it seems like I can’t study or finish my any work without computer. I spent a long to get used to it, but I still feel uncomfortable. Beside study, most of my spare time is online. Shopping, chatting, watching movies or TV, listening to music, reading, etc. I prefer to stay at home and not go out. Even my personal had changed, I am not outgoing as before and don't want to connect with other friends. Going back to read book, I am impatient when I read something online. I like the paper smell and feel peaceful when I read paper books. So as I lived in a modern society I have to used to it even like it. However I still thing something never wouldn’t be changed, no matter how society develop. Such as culture and tradition. Reading is one part of culture.

An Beichuan cadre suicide on April 20th. It is the second government cadre died after the earthquake in last year. These people survived during that disaster, but can’t get out of the effect due to the earthquake. It happened just in a few second but it could leave a deep hurt in our lives and it’s hard to recover. Brone claimed that the government should not only provide material sources but much care about the survivors’ psychological recovery. During that disaster, many people lost their family, their family members, even the whole homeland. We can image how much hurt do the have no matter physical or psychological. We lack of professional psychological recovery experts, so if a not experienced or professional worker did this job will give the patients’ second hurt. This job needs to take a long time to recover. The report showed that the people seen or experience disaster will have a forever hurt in his or her mind that 60% are men and 50% are women. However almost 70% of them don’t have a serious hurt in their mind. Brone said the professional help is really important, but the self recovery is more important. Leave or stay all need a big courage. We have to accept the truth that it happened and wouldn't come back, we have to live much stronger.

At this moment we should be happy because of we still alive, we have so many opportunities to enjoy the rest of our lives. To treasure our lives is what we have to do now. However when you ask them what kind of career they want to achieve this honor, then they are silence. Because they think wealth and status at the first. Not interest. When bill gates dropped off from school to working his interest, he never thought he could be the wealthiest person in the world. His dream is that every family and every person have their own computer. When he retirement, he put almost of his wealth into charity. The people blamed him monopolize before that start to praise him. Yes, he earned many from the people who used his computer; however he used this money to the people who lived in the third world and sickness. So what should I say now. many people will say why these charitarian always in developed countries. The charitarian at now are different from who’s in the past. They don’t wait until they old then do charity. They are doing charity career. The charitarian is looking for more profits but not for themselves. They did it for the whole society.
